Families and relatives who have never seen their long-lost kin on the other side of the border for half a century are holding group reunions in North Korea's Mount Geumgang resort.

On the second day of separated family reunion Tuesday, the first group of some one-hundred-40 South Koreans will tour around the scenic mountain resort before returning home on Wednesday.

On Thursday, a second group of some four-hundred-90 South Koreans will head to the North via a land route.

The latest family reunions are the 9th since August 2000.
