US Ponders Bill Granting Citizenship to Asian Americans

The U.S. Congress submitted a bill for deliberation that would grant U.S. citizenship to children born between Americans and five racial groups, including Koreans.

Virginia Democrat James Morren, who sponsored the bill, said such Asian-American children should be automatically be given equal recognition as American citizens.
