The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) rose ten-point-40 points, or zero-point-47 percent, on Wednesday, closing the day at two-thousand-202-point-47.
 
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining two-point-17 points, or zero-point-32 percent, to close at 671-point-67.
 
On the foreign exchange, the local currency strengthened ten-point-three won against the dollar, ending the day at one-thousand-424-point-nine won.
