The government says it will come up with detailed plans for relief aid for the Ryonchon blast victims as early as Thursday.

A government official said the government would provide the North with most of the materials and equipment North Korea requested for restoration of damaged facilities in the Ryongchon area, calling the request reasonable.

The official said the government would notify the North of Seoul's aid plan at the truce village of Panmunjom.
