Special UN Envoy Arrives in Pyongyang

North Korea's official KCNA News Agency says a special envoy of U-N Secretary General Kofi Annan has arrived in Pyongyang.
The news agency, however, stopped short of giving any details on the matter, only saying that Maurice Strong and his delegation was greeted by government officials upon his arrival Wednesday.
The Associated Press said Strong will stay in Pyongyang until Saturday and meet North Korean officials for talks on resuming six-country nuclear talks. He is also expected to discuss humanitarian and economic issues
