Three South Korean Red Cross officials arrived at North Korea's Mt. Geumgang resort Monday to hold two days of working-group talks with Northern officials on holding a 10th round of reunions for families who were separated in the Korean War.

The two sides will also discuss the planned construction of a permanent reunion center at the mountain resort and the provision of medical aid to the North's Red Cross hospitals, as proposed by South Korean Red Cross chief Lee Yoon-gu during his visit to Pyongyang last month.
