Pan-Korea Festival Marking 6.15 Declaration Opens June 14th

South and North Korea will hold joint celebrations marking the 4th anniversary of the historic June 15th Joint Declaration in the port city of Incheon from June 14th to the 17th.
The four-day festival is the first such gathering since a 2002 rally that took place at North Korea's Mt. Geumgang resort.
The festival will bring together mammoth delegations from the two Koreas as well as dozens of ethnic Koreans from abroad.
