Exports rose about three percent on-year in the first ten days of December.

According to preliminary data from the Korea Customs Service on Monday, the country’s outbound shipments marked 15-point-79 billion U.S. dollars in the cited period, up three-point-three percent on-year.

Average daily exports increased 18 percent, with the number of working days decreasing by one to seven.

Exports of ships and automobiles rose 141-point-three percent and 13-point-two percent, respectively, while semiconductors slipped four percent on-year during the ten-day period.
