The Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said that North Korea fired multiple cruise missiles on Sunday.

A JCS official said the military detected the launch from North Korea’s port city of Sinpho, in the area of South Hamgyong Province, at around 8 a.m.

The South Korean and US intelligence authorities are analyzing the details of the launch and are closely monitoring the situation in the North.
