The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) inched down seven-point-91 points, or zero-point-three percent on Wednesday to close at two-thousand-641-point-49.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ climbed four-point-30 points, or zero-point-five percent, to close at 870-point-67.
 
On the foreign exchange, the local currency remained unchanged from the previous day against the U.S. dollar, closing at one-thousand-334-point-five won.
