Chief delegates to inter-Korean working-level military talks will meet on Monday in North Korea to seek ways to enhance wireless communication systems between the navy vessels of their two countries.

The meeting comes after the wireless communication systems managed only three successful contacts and witnessed a score of failed attempts following the system's implementation on June 14th. The wireless communication system is aimed at preventing accidental armed clashes at the disputed western sea border between the two Koreas.
