Unification Minister Chung Dong-young says he will officially propose inter-Korean parliamentary talks in the South-North ministerial talks slated for next month.

Chung made the comment at a meeting of the National Assembly Unification Committee Tuesday. But he denied media speculation about a possible early opening of inter-Korean summit talks.
