Written: 2004-07-13 00:00:00Updated: 0000-00-00 00:00:00

KorAm Bank has resumed normal operations after an unprecedented 18-day walkout.

A KorAm Bank official said union members returned to work after it passed an agreement between labor and management through a vote Monday afternoon.

The official said normal operations began an hour earlier than usual in all nationwide branches Tuesday.

KorAm Bank's union launched a strike on June 25th, demanding job security and other benefits. The walkout relegated three-fourths of the bank's local branches inoperable due to a lack of manpower.
