Bolton Arrives in Seoul

Top U.S. arms control official John Bolton is in Seoul for talks with South Korean officials on North Korea's nuclear weapons program.

America's under secretary of state for arms control and international security arrived in Seoul on Monday and is scheduled to meet Foreign
Minister Ban Ki-Moon and top security officials during his four-day stay.

Bolton is expected to exchange views with Seoul officials on the North's prospective freeze and eventual dismantlement of its nuclear facilities, as well as issues related to international verification of the dismantlement process.

Seoul is the first leg of Bolton's Asian trip, which also includes a stop in Japan.
