Seoul Pushing to Hold

The presidential office is reportedly planning to negotiate conditions for a "working-level" summit meeting with China following similar efforts with Japan.

The presidential office's gazette, "Cheong Wa Dae Briefing," reported Tuesday that Seoul would soon coordinate views with Beijing to hold a South Korea-China summit that would dispense of excessive formalities and would instead focus on straightforward dialogue.
