A new poll shows that President Yoon Suk Yeol’s approval rating has sunk to its lowest point since he took office in May 2022.

According to the survey of two-thousand-510 adults nationwide, conducted by Realmeter last Monday to Friday, 24-point-one percent of respondents approved of the way Yoon handled state affairs, down one-point-seven percentage points from a week earlier.

Negative assessments of Yoon rose by one percentage point to a record high of 72-point-three percent, replacing the previous record of 71-point-three percent set a week ago.

The survey, commissioned by the Economy Business Newspaper, had a confidence level of 95 percent with a margin of error of plus or minus two percentage points.
