Ruling Uri Party lawmaker Chung Bong-joo has proposed closed-door inter-Korean talks to prevent South-North relations from going sour following another mass arrival of North Korean defectors in the South on Wednesday.
Chung said Seoul must not provoke the North with the issue of defectors and should instead explain to Pyongyang the inevitability of the situation and listen to North Korea
