Many parts of the nation will again see below-zero temperatures in the morning on Tuesday. 

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on Monday, morning lows will be around zero degrees Celsius in most parts. Central inland areas are forecast to be colder than other regions with morning lows set to slip to around minus five degrees. 

Afternoon highs will range between nine and 16 degrees with Seoul forecast to record ten degrees. 

Cloudy skies are expected for most parts of the nation except Jeju where light rain of around five millimeters is projected to fall from Tuesday noon to Wednesday night.
