Top Chinese Official in Seoul to Discuss 6-Way Working-Level Nuke Talks

A top Chinese official has arrived in Seoul to discuss preparations for another six-nation working group session ahead of higher-level talks on North Korea's nuclear weapons programs.

Chinese Foreign Ministry's ambassador on Korean Peninsula affairs, Ning Fukui, who arrived in Seoul early Sunday, will stay until Tuesday. He is scheduled to meet with top foreign ministry officials, including Cho Tae-yong, head of the Foreign Ministry's task force on the North Korean nuclear issue, and Lee Jong-seok, deputy head of the Secretariat of the National Security Council.
