Temperatures in the country are forecast to stay within the past yearly average over the next week.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on Saturday, morning lows are expected to drop to minus ten degrees Celsius early next week, with daytime highs set to remain under ten degrees above zero.
Morning lows on Monday are projected to range between minus ten and minus three degrees Celsius, with daytime highs between two and nine degrees.
On Tuesday, morning lows will range between minus ten and minus three degrees Celsius, with daytime highs between one and nine degrees.
Starting Wednesday, morning lows are expected to range from minus ten to minus three degrees Celsius, with daytime highs ranging from one to eleven degrees.
Rain is also in the forecast for the southernmost island of Jeju on Wednesday morning, and again between Friday afternoon and Sunday.
