The Justice Ministry says international travelers are expressing a high level of satisfaction over a number of immigration-related services at Incheon International Airport, including passport and visa inspections. According to the ministry, the International Air Transport Association recently ranked Incheon International Airport fourth among major international airports in terms of traveler's satisfaction regarding passport and visa inspection services in the first quarter of this year. The number is up from a ranking of 22nd late last year. Meanwhile, an IATA assessment of a number of service categories at 41 major international airports showed that Incheon ranked second overall in the first quarter, up from the 4th spot late last year.
