Seoul to Provide Financial Support to Repair N. Korean Road

Seoul is to provide financial support for the repair of a road in North Korea's Mount Geumgang resort.
The Unification Ministry said Thursday that the government will provide 3.1 billion won from inter-Korean cooperation funds for the repair work as the road is mainly used by South Korean tourists.
It is the first time for the Seoul government to provide financial support for North Korea's social infrastructure.
