Sources in North Korea's capital city of Pyongyang say the communist state is planning to expel a number of non-government organizations or NGO's.

The sources say North Korea's foreign ministry is currently in the process of selecting a number of NGO's seen to be providing relative smaller amounts of aid to the North, in order to expel them.

They say international bodies such as the World Food Program, UNICEF and the World Health Organization, however, will be allowed to remain and continue their activities.
