South Korean director Park Chan-wook's latest film, "No Other Choice," did not receive an award at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival, despite strong anticipation from critics and audiences.

At the closing ceremony held Saturday at Venice Lido in Italy, the Golden Lion, the festival's top honor, was awarded to Jim Jarmusch's "Father Mother Sister Brother."

The Grand Jury Prize, the second-highest accolade, went to Tunisian director Koutheir Ben Hania for her docudrama "The Voice of Hind Rajab."

Following the closing ceremony, Park remarked that the audience response to "No Other Choice" was the most enthusiastic he has ever received, adding that he already feels as though he has won a major prize.
