Rain is in the forecast throughout the country next week, including on Chuseok Day, which falls Monday this year.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, rain is expected on Monday in the capital area, Gangwon Province, the Chungcheong region, the inland areas of the Jeolla provinces, and much of the Gyeongsang region.

More rain is expected in the central region, North Jeolla Province, and the northern inland areas of North Gyeongsang Province on Tuesday.

On Thursday, precipitation is in the forecast for the Gangwon region.

Morning lows are forecast to range between 14 and 22 degrees Celsius in the coming days, before daytime highs rise to between 19 and 28 degrees.
