Seoul, USFK Sign MOU Allowing Mail to Zaitun Unit Soldiers

South Korea's Ministry of Information and Telecommunication and the United States Forces Korea (USFK) have recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to allow South Koreans to send mail to Zaitun unit soldiers in Iraq through the U.S. military postal network. The Ministry of Defense in Seoul announced Monday that, under the bilateral agreement, local citizens have been allowed since last Monday to send mail or parcels to Zaitun unit soldiers from any post office in South Korea.
