Two-hundred-seventeen online government services had been restored as of noon Friday, two weeks after a fire at a data infrastructure center in Daejeon disrupted 709 state administrative systems.

According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, 30 of the 217 restored services are class one administrative systems.

The restoration rate as of noon stood at 30-point-six percent.

On Thursday, the headquarters said the restoration of the National Information Resources Service's(NIRS) internal management system, "nTOPS," has enabled precise restoration.

Officials said the No. 8 data processing room at the NIRS' Daejeon headquarters is set to resume operation on Saturday, while systems at the No. 7 and No. 7-1 rooms, which they considered transferring to an NIRS center in Daegu, could remain if swiftly recovered.

The blaze broke out at the NIRS on the night of September 26 after a worker tried to replace a lithium battery.
