Tuesday morning will be colder than Monday morning, according to forecasts.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said morning lows will range between one and 14 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, including four degrees in Seoul. That's one or two degrees lower than Monday.

Afternoon highs will range between 14 and 20 degrees, including 15 degrees in Seoul. 

Most regions will see cloudy skies clear up in the morning.

But the eastern Gangwon region will receive rain until morning and the eastern Gyeongsang region until Tuesday night.
