A fire broke out at a building in Seoul's Jung district Tuesday morning, prompting 125 people to evacuate.
 
According to fire authorities, the fire started at the Seoul Center Building in Sogong-dong around 9:46 a.m. and was completely contained an hour and a half later.

Three people received emergency medical treatment, and 111 evacuated on their own.

Fourteen others went up to the roof of the building because of smoke and were safely rescued.

The fire started on the third floor of the building, which was undergoing remodeling work. Authorities plan to investigate the cause of the fire.
