Thursday morning will be warmer than Wednesday's was, with temperatures rising to levels posted in previous years. 

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, morning lows will stand between nine and 16 degrees Celsius on Thursday, two to five degrees higher than Wednesday's lows. 

Afternoon highs will reach 15 and 23 degrees, similar to Wednesday’s.

Rain showers will continue along the nation’s east coast through Friday. 

The eastern coastal areas of Gangwon Province will receive 20 to 80 millimeters of rain between Thursday and Friday, with the northern parts of such areas likely to see up to 100 millimeters. 

Five to 20 millimeters of precipitation will pummel the east coast of North Gyeongsang Province, and around five millimeters will hit Jeju and the cities of Busan and Ulsan.

The weather agency expects strong winds of 15 meters per second to pass through eastern and southern coastal areas, as well as Jeju.
