U.S. President Donald Trump said that he will soon reach a trade agreement with South Korea.

Trump made the statement in his address at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC) CEO Summit in Gyeongju on Wednesday.

Trump said he had signed agreements with Malaysia, Cambodia and Japan so far during his tour of Asia and would finalize a deal with South Korea very shortly.

He characterized the trade deals as incredible victories for all parties and said the stable, balanced partnerships would benefit all involved.

Trump said he will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Gyeongju on Thursday and thinks the two will make a trade deal that will be great for both sides.

Trump said he expected the meeting to produce exciting results and stressed that the deal would benefit all nations, including South Korea, eliminating gaping trade deficits, barriers to market access and insecure supply chains.
