South Korea and the United States have signed a memorandum of understanding(MOU) to facilitate Seoul's pledged 350-billion-dollar investment package to Washington. 

Trade Minister Kim Jung-kwan said in a briefing at the government complex in Seoul on Friday morning that the investment package includes 200 billion U.S. dollars in cash and 150 billion dollars in shipbuilding cooperation.
