Dry weather advisories are in place along the east coast, including the shorelines of North Gyeongsang Province and Gangwon Province’s Yeongdong region.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, strong winds are raising the risk of wildfires in mountain regions.

Temperatures will stay below seasonal norms under the influence of a cold continental high, with many areas dipping below freezing at dawn.

Light rain or snow may fall in some western regions, and icy patches may form.

Morning lows on Wednesday will range from minus six to four degrees Celsius, with Seoul at minus two, and daytime highs will reach six to 13 degrees nationwide.

Waves will reach two to three meters over the open seas.
