Rain and wet snow will begin falling early Thursday morning across central regions and North Jeolla, excluding Gangwon Province’s Yeongdong region.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, with temperatures still low, any precipitation may freeze on roads, creating slippery conditions.

Dry, gusty winds will persist in Yeongdong and the east coast of North Gyeongsang Province, keeping wildfire risk high.

Temperatures will rebound during the day but remain below freezing at dawn in some inland areas.

Morning lows will range from minus four to six degrees Celsius nationwide, with Seoul dipping to two degrees.

Daytime highs will range from 11 to 16 degrees, with Seoul at 14.
