U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that he will cancel all executive orders and other documents that were signed with an autopen during the Joe Biden administration.

In a social media post Friday, Trump said any document Biden signed with the automated signature machine will be declared invalid, claiming that the aides who operated it did so illegally.

Trump said the device was used for approximately 92 percent of the documents Biden signed during his term, stressing that it cannot be used without specific approval from the American president.

Saying he doesn’t think his predecessor was involved in the process, Trump added that Biden will be brought up on perjury charges if he says otherwise.

Trump has long claimed that Biden suffered from cognitive decline while in office and that the people around him meddled in policy decisions through the use of the autopen.
