Olympic bronze medalist Yang Tae-young is in the Swiss city of Lausanne to attend a meeting of the Court of Arbitration for Sports.

The CAS will hold a hearing Monday to decide who will ultimately have the gold medal in the Athens Olympic men’s gymnastics all-around event.

Yang had lost a deserved gold medal to American gymnast Paul Hamm at the Athens Olympic Games due to a scoring error.

U.S. media outlets have reported that Hamm and the U.S. Olympic Committee will also take part in the hearing to defend their position.
