Snowboarder Yu Seung-eun captured the bronze medal at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

Yu placed third among 12 competitors in the women’s snowboard big air final at Livigno Snow Park on Monday with a combined score of 171 points.

This marks South Korea’s second medal at the Games following Kim Sang-kyum’s silver in the men’s parallel giant slalom on Sunday.

In big air, athletes perform three runs, with the top two scores combined to determine the final standings.

Kokomo Murase of Japan took the gold medal with 179 points, and Zoi Sadowski Synnott of New Zealand came in second with 172-point-25 points.
