S. Korea, India Sign Accord on Strengthening IT Cooperation

South Korea and India have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of information and technology.

The agreement was signed Monday in New Delhi by South Korea's Information and Communication Minister Chin Dae-je and his Indian counterpart, Shri Dayanidhi Maran.

In a news conference after their meeting, Chin said the two countries had agreed to form a joint committee within this year to come up with substantial ways to promote bilateral cooperation in the information and technology sector.
