North Korea has denounced the U.S. legislation aimed at improving the North's human rights, calling it a "declaration of war."

The North's Korean Central News Agency said on Thursday that Pyongyang would take strong measures to crush the U.S. attempt to isolate the country.

The news agency also said that if the U.S. keeps pursuing hostile policy toward the North, it would lead to the collapse of six-way nuclear talks.
