Seoul, Beijing and Tokyo will launch a joint project to promote tourism in the three cities.

Working-level tourism officials from the three cities recently convened in Seoul and agreed to push forward with a joint tourism project to promote the three Northeast Asian cities.

Under the agreement, the cities would promote each other's tour-related advertisements in their respective travel information centers as well as make joint pamphlets publicizing local tourist sites.

The three would also produce a common logo representing the capital cities.
