N.Korea Seeks to Lure Investments from O'seas Koreans

North Korea says it will reduce its minimum wage level to 37 dollars from the current 80 to 120 dollars in order to attract investments from overseas.

That's acccordng to an online edition of the pro-North Korean daily Chosun Shinbo, which said the announcement was made at trade conference for oversesas Koreans in Pyongyang.

It was unclear, however, if the measures were specifically limited to cover investments from overseas Koreans.
