Iraqi authorities say heavily armed gunmen have kidnapped an American, an Asian and at least three Iraqis from their office in Baghdad.

Police at the scene said Tuesday that two people were killed, one of the attackers and a security guard, at the Saudi Arabian company where the men worked.

The nationality of the Asian abductee is unclear...although some reports say he is a Nepali.

Some 160 foreigners have been abducted by Iraqi militants this year alone, resulting in the deaths of at least 33 of the kidnapped victims.
