A team of U.N. nuclear inspectors has begun a third round of on-site investigations into South Korea's past nuclear experiments.

The five-member team from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will visit the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute in Daejon for two days from Wednesday. The inspectors will supplement data gathered from two previous rounds of inspections that were carried out in early and late September.

Additionally, the team will visit an atomic lab in Seoul before wrapping up their investigations and departing from South Korea on Sunday.

The IAEA Board of Governors will convene on November 25th to review the results of the inspection teams and decide on whether or not to refer the nation's past nuclear activities to the U.N. Security Council.
