Former president Kim Dae-jung has decided to cancel his U.S. visit and return home Monday after his European tour to Sweden and Italy. Kim's aides said that Kim will adhere to his doctor's advice and will call off his visit to Washington. The Nobel peace prize winner was scheduled to attend the dedication ceremony of the Clinton Presidential Center in the U.S. state of Arkansas on November 18th. Former president Kim Young-sam was also invited to the event, spurring expectations of the two Kim's encounter.
