A possible resumption of stalled six-party nuclear talks will depend entirely upon the attitude of the U.S., a North Korean website said Thursday.

The communist state's website (http://www.uriminzokkiri.com/) said the United States has ignored Pyongyang’s reasonable formula of peacefully resolving the nuclear impasse and had caused a stalemate in the multilateral talks, due to groundless accusations that North Korea is harboring a nuclear program based on highly-enriched uranium.

It also said North Korea has continued to repeat its intention to return to the talks if the United States discards its hostile policy toward Pyongyang.
