N.Korea Says Japan Hampering 6-Party Talks with Abudction Issue

North Korea's state-run Korea Central News Agency says it negatively regards negotiating with Japan within the six-party nuclear talks, accusing Tokyo of continuously broaching the abductee issue, which Pyongyang claims has little to do with the agenda of the nuclear dialogue.

The KCNA said in a statement on Monday that Japan had brought up the abduction issue on many occasions during past six-party talks, hampering negotiations and creating artificial obstacles.
