Former Indonesian President Megawati Sukarnoputri, now visiting Pyongyang, may deliver the official position of President Roh Moo-hyun and his government on an inter-Korean summit.

A top presidential aide in Seoul said that in Roh's meeting with Megawati on April 3rd, the president told her that he is willing to hold talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong-il regardless of time, venue and agenda.

The aide added that Roh has already declared his position on North Korea, so what said to Megawati is nothing new.
