World soccer's governing body FIFA says foreign players are the locomotive behind the huge success of the Dutch team PSV Eindhoven this season.

In an article on its homepage, FIFA said PSV's imports from Brazil, South Korea, Switzerland and Peru have given the team its 18th Dutch Cup and a possible berth in the Champions League final.
