A United Nations fund for North Korea has raised only nine percent of its goal.
The Geneva office of UNICEF on Thursday said it has raised just over one-point-five million dollars, far short of its target of over ten million dollars for this year's aid to the North.
UNICEF said Finland, Britain and Sweden have given to the fund, and urged other countries to contribute.
