NK Blames US for Delayed Talks

North Korean media on Wednesday blamed the United States for the delay in resuming the six-way talks and resolving the nuclear issue.
The Korean Central News Agency said Washington is neglecting Pyongyang's reasonable demands for dialogue resumption and giving the impression that the North is delaying the talks.
